Focliy membership is ₹849 per year — a one-time annual fee. This gives you full access to the platform, partner salon network, credit-earning activities, and free beauty service redemptions. Members typically recover the membership cost within their first redeemed service.

You can earn Focliy credits in two ways: (1) Bike riding — log your cycling activity and earn credits per kilometre. This promotes health, fitness, and reduces carbon emissions. (2) Hair donation — collect naturally fallen hair from your comb or brush and submit it through your dashboard. We reward you with credits while using the hair for eco-friendly applications.

Collect your naturally fallen hair from your comb, brush, or bathroom floor. Log the submission in your Focliy member dashboard and our team will guide you through the pickup or drop-off process. There's no minimum quantity required to get started. Credits are added to your account once the submission is verified.

It depends on how actively you participate. Regular cyclists and consistent hair donors typically earn enough credits for a complimentary beauty service within 2–4 weeks. The more you participate, the faster you accumulate credits. Some services require fewer credits than others — check the Services page for the full list.

Focliy members can redeem credits for a wide range of services at partner salons including: hair care (cuts, spa, deep conditioning), facials and cleanup, waxing, bleach, manicure and pedicure, D-Tan treatments, and more. Focliy memberships are annual subscriptions and are non-refundable once activated, as per our Terms & Conditions. Your membership stays valid for the full 12-month period from your join date. If you have a specific concern, please contact us at connect@focliy.in and we will do our best to help.

Absolutely. Focliy uses HTTPS encryption on all pages, stores passwords in hashed (non-readable) form, and never sells your personal data.
